The B-499 material features a protective polyamide coating combined with a permanent acrylic adhesive, ensuring strong adhesion to surfaces even in extreme environments such as autoclave, freezer, and liquid nitrogen conditions. This nylon cloth tape is specifically designed for cable and wire labeling, as well as general-purpose marking in laboratories, equipment panels, and on faceplates. The low-profile design allows it to adhere effectively to smooth, rough, or powder-coated surfaces, as well as to irregular surfaces or those with low surface energy. The product is RoHS compliant according to the 2005-618-EC MCV amendment to the RoHS directive 2002-95-EC, UL approved, and CSA accepted. This all-in-one cartridge includes both ribbon and label supply, and the matte white polyamide coated nylon cloth material is thermal transfer printable with a permanent acrylic adhesive.
