The Brady® LAD-EITH12 Danger Do Not Use Ladder Tag Holder is designed for ladder safety management and comes in a package of 10. Each holder is made of durable, weatherproof plastic and measures 2-1/4" W x 8-1/4" H, featuring a white, black, and red color scheme. These tag insert holders assist facilities in tracking inspection records, avoiding accidents, and adhering to procedural regulations. A printed warning indicates that equipment should not be used when the insert is missing. Regulatory compliance is ensured with the LadderTag system, which meets CFR 1926.1053 (a) (12), (b) (17) (i) (ii) and CFR 1910.25 (d) (1) (x). The package includes tag insert holders only, with tag inserts sold separately.
