The Brady® 65564 gate valve lockout is designed for valves with a diameter of 10" to 13" and features a danger label printed in English, Spanish, and French. This device effectively denies access and covers the valve handle, while its unique knockout center accommodates OS&Y or "rising stem" valves. Constructed from extremely rugged injection-molded polypropylene, the lockout offers superior impact and chemical resistance. It allows for the application of a personal padlock to enhance employee safety, accepting padlock shackles up to 3/8" in diameter.
