Gate valve lockout devices deny access and cover the valve handle, featuring a unique knockout center that fits OS&Y or "rising stem" valves. Made of rugged injection-molded polypropylene, these devices provide superior impact and chemical resistance. To ensure employee safety, cover the valve handle with the gate valve lockout device and apply a personal padlock and lockout tag. The device accepts padlock shackles up to 3/8" diameter and is supplied with danger labels in English, Spanish, and French.
