The Brady® 51394 Small Valve Base Clamp Lockout measures 5-39/64 inches in height and 6-13/64 inches in width, providing a universal solution for locking out various types of valves with a single device. This rugged valve lockout system replaces the need for multiple devices, easily accommodating ball, butterfly, and gate valves. Constructed from industrial-grade steel and nylon, it offers excellent impact and chemical resistance. The open-ended clamp is highly versatile, suitable for most closed rings and wide handles, and effectively locks out large levers, T handles, and other challenging mechanical devices. The kit includes a blocking arm for locking out quarter-turn ball valves, and an additional optional blocking arm can be purchased separately to lock out 3-, 4-, or 5-way valves.
