The Brady® FLT-ETSI51 ForkliftTag® Inspection Tag is a two-sided tag measuring 7-5/8" W x 5-3/4" H, available in a package of 100 and made of durable, weatherproof plastic in blue and yellow. These tag inserts are designed to assist with compliance to the requirements of 1910.178 (q) (7) for pre-use preventative maintenance and safety inspections of forklift trucks. Each insert displays the necessary daily or pre-shift inspections that must be conducted by the first user in both written and graphic formats. The ForkliftTag maintenance system ensures a clear inspection trail, thereby providing integrity and control over the work performed. Please note that the package includes tag inserts only; tag holders are sold separately.
