The Summit FF7LW-FS24LSTACKMED2 Medical Refrigerator-Freezer Stacked Combination offers a capacity of 6.9 cu.ft. and is part of the StackMed2 stackable series designed for innovative vaccine storage solutions. This combination unit features the FF7LWBIMED2 auto defrost all-refrigerator, which provides 5.5 cu.ft. of storage with fan-forced cooling and adjustable wire shelves for optimal temperature distribution, paired with the FS24LMED2 all-freezer that employs static manual defrost cooling, all within a compact footprint just under 24" wide. Both the refrigerator and freezer come with front-located control panels that include digital thermostats and NIST calibrated thermometers, equipped with high/low temperature alarms; calibration occurs in an ISO/IEC certified laboratory. To enhance accuracy in temperature reporting, the buffered temperature probes are encased in a glycol-filled bottle and positioned in the center shelf. The design includes a pre-installed 3/8" probe hole for additional monitoring equipment, front locks, and hospital-grade cords. The MED2 series is backed by a two-year warranty on parts and labor, along with a five-year warranty on the compressor. The unit ships in three boxes and requires minor assembly upon delivery. Custom configurations are available by ordering various combinations with the StackRack and by selecting options such as NIST calibrated thermometers, USB data loggers, and open door alarms. The thermostats come pre-set for Celsius, but Fahrenheit can be set by using the complimentary option DT-MEDF or by informing your sales representative at the time of order.
