The 10-port carboy cap, designed for a 70mm opening (Rieke FS-70 NPS, 8TPI), is a complete kit that includes a variety of plugs: one 1/2" NPT plug, three 1/4" NPT plugs, and six 1/4-28 plugs. This cap is compatible with Hedwin® brand drums and carboys, featuring a thread design that adheres to the 70mm threaded Rieke 8TPI standard. It utilizes 1/4-28 UNF threaded adapters for 1/16" OD tubing (part# WF-AQ-1-16) or for 1/8" OD tubing (part# WF-AQ-1-8), along with 1/4" NPT threaded adapters. The cap also features a single 1/2" NPT port that can be used with a carbon filter (WF-CF-100KIT, not included). The kit contains the following components: WF-FS70-10 which is a 70mm cap with 10 ports including one 1/2" NPT, three 1/4" NPT, six 1/4-28 ports, along with a PTFE manifold and a polypropylene (non-wetted) spin collar; WF-1428-PLUG-EA, which includes six natural Teflon® PFA plugs; WF-14-PLUG-EA, which has three polypropylene 1/4" NPT plugs; and WF-12-PLUG-EA, which contains one polypropylene 1/2" NPT plug. Tubing adapters are not included and should be chosen based on the specific size of the tubing being used, and a set of plugs is provided for each unused port.
