The leveling feet without mounting holes are certified according to 3-A Sanitary Standard Inc. guidelines and are intended for use in hygiene areas. The kit includes a threaded stud, adjustable sleeve, and base plate made of stainless steel, European standard no. 1.4301 (AISI 304), turned. The bottom seal, made of silicon with a hardness of 85 ± 5 Shore A, protects the area beneath the foot plate from dirt when pressed down by the weight of the machine. A sealing ring made of NBR with a hardness of 70 ± 5 Shore A above the adjustment sleeve enables fastening without dead space, while the joint sealing ring constructed from H-NBR has a hardness of 85 ± 5 Shore A. Moving components are sealed against the environment by a wiper made of TPU with a hardness of 95 ± 5 Shore A or by a ball seal. The components feature a high-quality finish that prevents dirt adherence and facilitates cleaning.
