The ATP1 Attic Pro® HVAC utility lift is rated to lift loads up to and including 250 pounds, providing a fast and safe solution for difficult installations in tight spaces, particularly for air handlers. The kit includes a ratcheting hoist that allows for easy lifting and automatically holds the load in place during pauses. It features a simple adjustment mechanism that accommodates joist distances from 14 inches to 24 inches, along with 20 feet of wire rope enabling the lift of loads over one story. A locking hook is designed to prevent slipping from the cable, and the unit comes with two equipment straps to secure loads in two axes, ensuring stability during lifting. Additionally, a carrying case is included for safe storage when the lift is not in use.
