The LBK10 is designed to prevent equipment loss through advanced TPMOV technology, providing essential surge protection for motors, pumps, furnaces, air handlers, HVAC compressors, and more. It features a microcontroller that communicates the status of the surge protector's installation via a green LED indicator. Upon powering up, the LBK10 analyzes voltage and ground conditions, with the LED reflecting their status. It has the capability to disconnect power to the surge protector or connected equipment if it detects issues such as overvoltage, undervoltage, lost neutral, or ground, thereby ensuring safety until the problem is resolved. Key features include a NO/NC relay for equipment disconnection or indicator activation, straightforward installation at the condensing unit, a 4X style weatherproof housing, and a voltage and ground monitor. The LBK10 is a Type 2 surge protection device, UL listed to 1449, 4th edition, and comes with a 3-year product warranty along with a 3-year connected equipment guarantee.
