BEMCOT M-3II anti-static cleanroom wipers are designed for high-performance applications in cleanroom environments, featuring low particle generation, high absorbency, high purity, high chemical resistance, high heat resistance, and anti-static properties. Made from a 100% cotton cellulose composition, the entangled nonwoven fabric ensures extreme absorbency, as each fiber can absorb liquids up to 13 times its weight. The wipers are quarter-folded to enhance wiping protocol and are soft and low-linting, making them suitable for various industries including semiconductor, optical, medical, cosmetics, food & beverage, printed circuit boards, building maintenance, automobile, aircraft, LCD, magnetic tapes, oil, tools, equipment, glass, and optics. Key attributes include ultra-low fiber release compared to polyester knit and staple-fiber rayon/polyester nonwoven wipes, low tribocharging to prevent static charge accumulation and potential ESD damage, strong resistance to IPA and acetone, heat resistance withstanding carbonization at 260 to 300°C without dissolving at 150°C, and eco-efficiency with biodegradable properties due to the use of 100% cotton linter, ensuring the product is free from environmental contaminants.
