The White Diamond Series built-in undercounter refrigerators and freezers are designed for precise temperature control, featuring a microprocessor temperature controller and display that provides temperature verification and recovery. With a capacity of 4.6 cu. ft., the unit includes one right-hinged glass swing door, a white powder-coated steel exterior and interior, and a digital temperature display that can switch between °C and °F. It is equipped with audible and visual high and low temperature alarms, remote alarm contacts, and two probes—one in air and one in a sample simulated bottle. The adjustable operating temperature range is from 1°C to 10°C, and the unit also features a keyed door lock, a back wall evaporator cover (select models), leveling legs, forced draft air circulation, a magnetic door gasket for a positive seal, and a probe access port (3/8"). The cabinet and door are insulated with high-density urethane foam, and the unit uses environmentally friendly HFC-free refrigerant (R600A).
