The Jifram Extrusions 05000279 Mattress Pallet is designed for twin size mattresses, measuring 74 x 39 inches, and features a two-way entry with a capacity of 1,000 lbs. Constructed from splinter- and nail-free recycled plastic, this pallet minimizes the risk of damage and injury when storing, handling, and shipping mattresses. It offers superior performance compared to traditional wood pallets due to its resistance to water, fire, and flames, along with being impervious to contamination and bug infestation. The pallet supports a maximum weight of 1,500 lbs and is made in the U.S.A. It is important to note that this unit is not suitable for use in an unsupported base pallet rack. The fork opening measures 36 inches wide, and the appearance of the pallets, made from recycled plastic, will vary in color from shades of gray to black, as well as in weight and surface consistency.
