The DAX hard hat is a full brim, fiber reinforced resin hard hat designed for superior comfort and impact protection, featuring a 6 point suspension system. It includes an innovative Clarino® synthetic leather comfort dome with a molded EVA foam insert for additional shock-absorbing protection to the top of the head, and an oversized ratcheting fitment dial for easy size adjustments, even while wearing gloves. The hard hat has a unique brim grip design for a secure feel and a moisture-wicking foam backed microfiber liner to reduce sweat build-up. It also boasts a triple reinforced crown for enhanced impact protection and meets ANSI Z89.1-2014 requirements for Type 1 Class G & C, or C.
