The ulnar drift splint is specifically recommended for individuals whose ulnar deviation at the MCP joints can be corrected with mild to moderate force, aiding in the alignment of strongly deviated fingers, often resulting from rheumatoid arthritis. The splint is available in versions designed for both the left and right hands.
