Orfilight® products are unique lightweight splinting materials that weigh 25 to 30% less than other materials, specifically designed to be lighter and more comfortable for patients. The non-stick (NS) version features a coating that prevents adhesion to bandages or cotton lining, making it especially suitable for patients with loss of strength or fragile and sensitive skin, such as elderly individuals and those undergoing pediatric or rheumatic treatments. This splinting material is ideal for fabricating post-surgical orthoses, offering both ease of use and enhanced patient comfort.
