Orfilight® products are unique lightweight splinting materials that weigh 25 to 30% less than other materials, making them specifically designed to be lighter and more comfortable for patients. The coating for the non-stick (NS) version prevents the material from adhering to bandages or cotton lining, which is especially beneficial for patients with loss of strength and/or fragile and sensitive skin, such as elderly individuals and those requiring pediatric or rheumatic treatments. These materials are ideal for fabricating post-surgical orthoses. The kit includes various sizes and can be customized according to specific patient needs.
