The Ear Phone Connection Nighthawk Bluetooth Lapel Microphone, model BW-NTX5000 89SC, is designed for two-way radio users, offering advanced Bluetooth lapel microphone technology. It features secure encrypted Bluetooth technology, a full-shift 12-hour talk time, easy pairing, and no connectivity loss, along with fully functional Push-to-Talk (PTT) capabilities. The unit comes with a replaceable professional earpiece that utilizes a patented fin ultra ear tip, which plugs into a 3.5mm audio jack located on top of the microphone, allowing for the option to plug in additional earpieces for enhanced field versatility. Power management is user-friendly, with a rechargeable battery accessed via a mini USB port on the side or the option for battery replacement. Additionally, the Nighthawk supports new firmware for radios with built-in Bluetooth, eliminating the need for a Bluetooth adapter, and is compatible with Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (POC) applications. Note that the kit does not include an adapter.
