The American Louver Eggcrate Return Grille is designed for surface mounting and measures 12" x 12" in white, available in a package of 5. Constructed from durable aluminum, these grilles feature a strong frame and core that are electrostatically coated for a hard finish, ensuring consistent color without matching issues lot to lot. The corners of the frame are micro-welded to maintain a squared and centered grille, while squared cells provide a balanced, uniform appearance. The corner seams are sealed to prevent unsightly gaps and rough edges that could collect dirt, and there are no visible hold down tabs. The eggcrate is securely locked into a unique frame channel, eliminating rattling, squeaking, or vibration noise. Each grille is shrink wrapped to protect the finish from scratches and includes corner guards to prevent damage during transport. The grille is equipped with holes for surface mounting and is also available in other sizes and T-grid ceiling styles.
