The American Louver Eggcrate Return Grille is designed for surface mounting and measures 12" x 12", featuring a white finish and sold in a package of 2. Constructed from aluminum, these grilles are distinguished by their strong frame and core, electrostatically coated for a durable finish. The color remains consistent across lots, eliminating matching issues, while the corners of the frame are micro-welded to ensure a squared and centered grille. The cells are squared, providing a balanced and uniform appearance, and corner seams are sealed to prevent dirt accumulation from gaps or rough edges. With no visible hold down tabs and an eggcrate design securely locked into a unique frame channel, these grilles eliminate rattling, squeaking, or vibration noise. Each grille is shrink-wrapped to protect the finish from scratches and includes corner guards to prevent damage during transport. The product also includes holes for easy surface mounting, and other sizes and T-grid ceiling styles are available.
