The standard slotted frame is designed for compatibility with any MSA slotted helmet and features a universal design with a heavy-duty, flat rubber strap suitable for both slotted and non-slotted MSA helmets. Its unique sloped frame design allows materials to slide off effortlessly, while the optional debris control provides a tight seal between the helmet and the frame. This frame is available in elevated temperature versions that can withstand temperatures up to 350° F (176° C). Key features include a unique 3-point visor loading system for swift visor attachment and removal, compatibility with or without ear muffs, and perfect compatibility with many half-mask respirators. Its non-metal construction makes it safe for use in electrical applications, and the replaceable debris control can be included as an option.
