The 1770 dead bolt key lock is a classic locking system designed to ensure the safety of your belongings. This dead bolt series features a 5-pin tumbler lock cylinder, enhancing both durability and effectiveness. The locks are compatible with both left- and right-hinged doors, providing flexibility for various installations. Each lock is individually keyed for single key access and is available in a keyed alike version (Model 1770KA). The manually engaged dead bolt offers higher security, while the key retaining feature allows the key to be removed only when the lock is in the locked position. Additionally, the rear mounted steel casing deters vandalism, and there is a supervisory control key override for enhanced security management. Each lock is supplied with 2 keys, and the necessary mounting hardware is included.
