The kit includes an all-welded, heavy-duty 14 gauge ventilated cabinet with louvered back panels, designed for durability and functionality. All models feature a fully welded louvered panel on the back, allowing for enhanced ventilation. The shelves can be adjusted on 1-inch centers without the need for tools, ensuring easy customization. A sturdy 3-point locking handle with 2 keys and 5/16-inch diameter rods provides secure access, while the full-length, all-welded piano hinge secures the door to prevent sagging. The doors have a punched diamond pattern that allows for content visibility and airflow. Hook-On Bins® made of yellow polyethylene with open fronts facilitate easy part picking, and the cabinet includes 2 adjustable interior shelves. The cabinets are finished in a durable gray rust and acid-resistant powder-coated finish.
