The kit includes a mobile all-welded heavy duty cabinet constructed from 14 gauge steel, featuring an overall capacity of 3,600 lbs. It is equipped with Hook-On Bins® for efficient organization. The cabinet is supported by 6" x 2" phenolic casters, with two rigid and two locking swivel casters for mobility and stability. A 3-point locking system with keyed handles and lock rods ensures secure storage, with four keys included for access. The cabinet doors are reinforced with full height welded piano hinges to enhance strength and rigidity. The shelves rest on louvered panels and can be easily adjusted on 4" centers without the need for tools. The bin sizes are as follows: Bin A measures 4-1/8" W x 5-3/8" D x 3" H, Bin B measures 4-1/8" W x 7-3/8" D x 3" H, Bin C measures 5-1/2" W x 10-7/8" D x 5" H, Bin D measures 8-1/4" W x 10-3/4" D x 7" H, Bin E measures 8-1/4" W x 14-3/4" D x 7" H, Bin F measures 16-1/2" W x 14-3/4" D x 7" H, and Bin G measures 11" W x 10-7/8" D x 5" H.
