The mobile all-welded heavy duty cabinet is constructed from 14 gauge steel and features a robust design equipped with two adjustable shelves. It is mounted on 6" x 2" phenolic casters, with two rigid and two locking swivel options for mobility and stability. The cabinet includes a 3-point locking system, complete with keyed handles and lock rods, along with four keys for secure storage. Enhanced strength and rigidity are provided by full height welded piano hinges on the doors. The shelves, capable of supporting up to 700 lbs. each, rest on louvered panels that allow for easy tool-free adjustments on 4" centers. This kit also includes two adjustable interior shelves. Additionally, the kit provides dimensions for various bin sizes, including dimensions of 4-1/8" W x 5-3/8" D x 3" H for bin A, 4-1/8" W x 7-3/8" D x 3" H for bin B, 5-1/2" W x 10-7/8" D x 5" H for bin C, 8-1/4" W x 10-3/4" D x 7" H for bin D, 8-1/4" W x 14-3/4" D x 7" H for bin E, 16-1/2" W x 14-3/4" D x 7" H for bin F, and 11" W x 10-7/8" D x 5" H for bin G.
