The heavy-duty cabinet features an all-welded, 14 gauge steel construction complemented by 16 hook-on bins® and 3 shelves with a recessed door style. It includes a 3-point locking system equipped with a pad lockable cast steel locking handle (padlock not included). The flush doors utilize 7 gauge leaf hinges to prevent sagging and open 180° for full access to products. Fully welded louvered panels reinforce the doors and securely hold the hook-on bins®, which can be installed without tools. The shelves are designed for easy bolting into place using the fasteners provided, with adjustment capabilities on 2-1/4" centers. The cabinet stands on a 6"H base with legs that permit forklift access, and pre-punched holes allow for securing to the floor. The cabinet is constructed from 3/16" steel and finished with a durable gray textured powder coat. It includes 3 adjustable interior shelves and has bin dimensions for the hook-on bins® as follows: Bin A (4-1/8"W x 5-3/8"D x 3"H), Bin B (4-1/8"W x 7-3/8"D x 3"H), Bin C (5-1/2"W x 10-7/8"D x 5"H), Bin D (8-1/4"W x 10-3/4"D x 7"H), Bin E (8-1/4"W x 14-3/4"D x 7"H), Bin F (16-1/2"W x 14-3/4"D x 7"H), and Bin G (11"W x 10-7/8"D x 5"H).
