Scotch® carton sealing tape 311+ is an industrial packaging tape designed for box sealing, splicing, and other demanding packaging applications on light to medium weight boxes. This product is particularly effective in damp and cold shipping and storage environments, functioning reliably even in refrigeration and below freezing temperatures. The tape features a conformable backing that easily conforms around edges and on rough surfaces, providing a lasting hold. It adheres instantly to a variety of surfaces and demonstrates edge tear and split resistance, while also adhering well to recycled corrugate. The tape complies with the environmental considerations of ASTM D 1974-92 and offers good aging in sunlight or fluorescent lighting, ensuring a long life in use. Recommended applications include food and beverage, electronics, e-fulfillment, and pharmaceuticals.
