This engine driven trash pump is engineered for high volume flow and efficient solid/debris handling applications. It is constructed from heavy-duty sand cast aluminum with cast iron and stainless steel internal components, ensuring wear resistance and durability. The pump features a patented built-in slide mechanism with nylon and powder-coated steel components that allows for servicing, repairing, and cleaning without the need to detach hoses or pump components from the trailer. A digital tachometer/hourmeter is installed for monitoring performance. The pump is equipped with SIC/CER seals with Viton® elastomers, Buna-N O-rings, and a built-in check valve for fast priming up to 20 feet. It has a maximum solids handling capacity of 3" with a 6" NPT port size, delivering a flow rate of up to 1,000 GPM. The maximum operating temperature is 180°F, and it features a 12-volt DC electric start (battery not included). Additional components include a steel suction strainer, pipe nipple, and a seal wash feature designed to extend seal life.
