The Amt 523C-98 is a 1-1/2" NPT x 29" industrial/residential sump pump with a maximum discharge height of 30 feet and a maximum flow rate of 103 gallons per minute (gpm). This sump pump is designed for heavy-duty commercial applications as well as residential use, offering a combination of durability and high performance. It features a cast iron construction, equipped with a 1/2 HP Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) motor, operating on a 1 phase, 115 VAC/60 Hz supply with a full load current of 9/5 amps. The motor is fitted with an automatic switch and an 8-foot, 16/3 115 VAC line cord. Each model includes a stainless steel shaft, screen, and float, and requires a minimum sump pit size of 14 inches in diameter and 24 inches in depth.
