Dura-Spike bird spikes are constructed from 100% stainless steel and come in three-foot lengths for quick installation. The base of the spikes can be easily cut with snips or shears, allowing for adaptability to various surface features as it curves gently or makes hard bends. These spikes are designed for use on ledges, parapets, caps, roof peaks, and chimneys, targeting pigeons and larger birds. They are suitable for medium bird pressure but should not be used in areas where birds are nesting. Made from 304 grade stainless steel, the wires and base are welded together for durability. Installation is straightforward, as the base can be glued or screwed to any surface, and is classified as easy.
