Move heavy tanks and cylinders with the Magliner® motorized Dewar cart, featuring a 36V propulsion system which includes an automatic braking feature that engages once the throttle is moved to neutral, securely holding the load in place on ramps or inclines. The cart is designed with a push-too-fast safety mechanism to prevent runaway situations, even in free-wheel mode, and a variable speed throttle that controls movement up to 3.8 mph forward and 2.5 mph in reverse. A permissive interlock feature ensures that accidental activation of propulsion while operating the Halo Hook or tilting the rack is avoided. The Halo Hook actuator allows positioning of the hook without the operator's hands being near the tank or hook, with two Halo Hooks provided: one for 20" Dewars and one for 26" Dewars. The nose plate can be folded down to carry up to four high-pressure cylinders when using an optional retention bar, and a standard single retractable ratchet strap provides load containment. The unit is equipped with a 36V propulsion system, an 800W motor, 36V battery box assembly, and AC charger. It features 13" maintenance-free foam-filled wheels, with a recharge time of 6 hours and a duty cycle of 6 hours continuous and 9 hours intermittent.
