The Jump Start MTPRTC digital temperature controller is designed for seeding heat mats, operating at 120V and providing a power capacity of 1000W. This heat mat thermostat features a water-resistant stainless steel temperature probe and offers digital temperature control for enhanced accuracy. It maintains constant optimum temperatures for specific crops and is capable of adjusting to both colder and warmer environments. The controller includes LED mode indicator lights and a 3-prong grounded plug, ensuring compatibility with all Hydrofarm heat mats. It allows for a controllable temperature range from 68 to 108 degrees Fahrenheit and provides a Celsius or Fahrenheit read-out, which can be changed by pressing the up or down button. The maximum current supported is 8.3 amps or 1000 watts. The unit also has built-in error codes for temperature monitoring: E1 indicates the temperature is too low or the temperature probe is open, E2 signifies the temperature is too high, and E3 alerts to a short-circuit in the temperature sensor.
