The Moldex 6498 BattlePlugs® Impulse Protection Reusable Earplugs are designed for versatile hearing protection with a medium fit and a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 9dB/24dB. These earplugs feature a dual mode protection system, with a closed cap providing continuous and steady noise protection at NRR 24dB for small, medium, and large sizes, and NRR 20dB for extra-small sizes. When the cap is open, they allow users to hear commands while still offering protection against gunfire, with an NRR of 9dB for medium, 10dB for extra-small, and 12dB for small and large sizes. The innovative design ensures that the louder the blast, the greater the noise reduction in the open position. The cap is easy to open and close, featuring an in-ear design that is also easy to see when in open or closed mode. BattlePlugs can be washed and reused, and each pair includes a Pocket-Pak carrying case for convenient storage and cleanliness when not in use.
