This rack mount inverter is designed to provide backup power for essential equipment, generating 1000W of high-quality pure sine wave power at a stable 120VAC output. It features a built-in 10 amp transfer switch with a typical transfer time of less than 20ms, ensuring power is maintained seamlessly to equipment by bypassing city/utility power when available. In the event of a power loss, the inverter automatically switches to a backup DC power source, supplying power as long as the DC supply maintains sufficient voltage. Monitoring capabilities are provided through an RS232 communication port, allowing real-time tracking of DC input voltage, AC output voltage, frequency, and amps. The inverter operates at a DC input voltage of 41.0 to 60.0 volts, delivering an output voltage of 120 volts, and includes features such as overload protection, low battery voltage warning/shutdown, high input voltage protection with automatic shutdown, short circuit protection, and a thermal and load-based fan.
