The Scilogex RE100-PRO rotary evaporator is designed to enhance efficiency in laboratory distillation processes. It includes a vertical coiled condenser, a 5L heating bath, a 1000ml evaporating flask with NS 24/40 joint, and a 1000ml receiving flask with KS 35/20 joint. Operating at 110V and 50/60Hz, the system features a digital display for both rotation speed and heating temperature, ensuring optimal control of distillation. The 5L heating bath offers a wide temperature range from room temperature to 180°C, while the patented condenser boasts a cooling surface area of 1500cm² for exceptional cooling efficiency. The automatic motor lift function safely releases the evaporating flask during power failures, and the device incorporates a speed range from 20 to 280 RPM with interval operation in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. Overheating protection is set at 220°C, and a timer function enables precise processing control. Chemical-resistant PTFE seals, patented pressure springs, and a patented double spring sealing ring enhance sealing performance. Additional features include quick release connectors for easy flask removal, an ejection mechanism for the evaporating flask, and a remote function for PC control and data transmission.
