The GH Compact Heavy Duty Unit Heater is engineered for use as primary or supplemental heat sources in large or exposed areas such as commercial stores, workshops, barns, storage sheds, and garages to prevent freezing. It features spiral finned steel elements and high air volume (CFM) for efficient heat exchange, resulting in cooler element operation and prolonged heater life. The unit is built with high-quality components and a dynamically balanced fan blade to ensure years of reliable service. The heater includes a power light indicator and a red caution light that activates if the heater stops due to an over temperature limit. A universal wall/ceiling bracket allows for quick and straightforward installation. It comes with a built-in thermostat to automatically turn the heater on and off to maintain the desired room temperature, with the option to use a remote wall thermostat. The patented smart limit protection feature disconnects the elements and motor if normal operating temperatures are exceeded. The heater is prewired for easy conversion from the built-in thermostat to a wall-mounted line voltage thermostat, and it can also be controlled with an optional transformer relay to operate a remote 24V wall thermostat. The unit adheres to all relevant safety certifications and compliance standards.
