The Premier Hydrocarbon manual defrost freezer is designed for laboratory use, featuring a 14 cu. ft. capacity and a single solid swing door that is right hinged. It utilizes a microprocessor temperature controller for precise temperature management, complemented by a digital temperature display and an audible and visual alarm system for high and low temperatures. The unit includes remote alarm contacts, two temperature probes (one in air and one in glycol), and offers an adjustable operating temperature range of -15°C to -25°C. The interior is equipped with six fixed shelves, and the door features a keyed lock and a magnetic gasket for a positive seal. Additional characteristics include leveling legs, a probe access port (3/8"), and a powder coat exterior. The construction consists of high-density urethane foam insulation, and the unit uses HFC-free refrigerant (R290) along with foam insulation and packaging.
