The portable cooling kit is designed to lower the temperature of breathing air produced by high-pressure sources, such as a filtration panel, not exceeding 150 PSI, reducing air temperatures from 180°F to as low as 50°F. It includes a 70 quart (66.24 liter) "Maxcold" Igloo cooler, durable wheels, and a locking telescoping pull handle for easy transport. The kit features a 5-foot long inlet supply hose, a heavy-duty Hansen inlet coupler, and utilizes FDA-grade, 3-A sanitary standard PVC tubing for the temperature cooling coil. The pressure regulator is equipped with a pressure gauge and an adjustable knob with a locking ring. Additionally, an inline 5-micron particulate filter with a manual drain is part of the system, and a single outlet coupler allows for quick adaptation to a 3-worker manifold. This cooling system effectively provides cool air for hours when used with a high-pressure breathing source like a filtration panel or compressor.
