The kit includes a PPE-ID™ chart, printed on durable 24"x18" plastic with a UV protective coating, ideal for display at entrances, doorways, time clocks, and lockers. The chart specifies PPE requirements for designated hazard areas and features a template with blank spaces for users to fill in by applying pictorial representations from the included label booklet. The label booklet contains 2"x2" self-adhesive vinyl images of commonly recognized standardized PPE, categorized into body, eye, foot, hand, head, hearing, and respiratory.
