The Decibel Meter continuously measures and displays sound levels to alert workers of the potential need for hearing protection. It features a lightweight, durable aluminum construction with a frameless visual edge design that captures attention. The device includes a three-digit, bright red LED display with 1 1/2" numbers that are viewable from up to 75 ft. away. It measures sound levels from 30 to 130 dB with an accuracy of +/- 0.5 dB, requiring no additional calibration or settings. The meter operates on 110/120 VAC and comes with an 8 ft. power cord and AC adapter. It has an operational range of 32° to 104° F and functions in 10 to 70% relative humidity, though it is not recommended for high humidity environments. Additionally, it supports OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 hearing conservation program requirements.
