The CM® Weblok assembly 877040-4 is a synthetic-to-synthetic rigging solution with a capacity of 60,000 lbs and a size of 1-1/4". Designed for efficient and safe sling attachment, the Weblok assembly utilizes either the CM Hammerlok® coupling link or features two synthetic sling attachments for enhanced versatility. It accommodates various slings including round slings, web slings, and high-performance synthetics. The assembly is available with options for single or double load pin retention; the latter incorporates a bolt head and lock nut to prevent the load pin from dislodging during extreme conditions, ensuring maximum safety. The synthetic sling attachment portions of the CM Weblok are finished in a distinctive CM orange powder coat, providing a smooth surface for easy attachment. CM Webloks are constructed from forged materials, which offer superior ductility, fatigue resistance, tensile strength, and a finer grain structure compared to cast alternatives. This makes the products lighter and reduces the risk of internal defects. The assembly complies with industry-recognized overhead lifting standards and meets ASTM A952 & WS certifications.
