The Edic Supernova 12 Gallon Self-Contained Carpet Extractor (model 1200PSN) features a powerful dual vacuum system that operates at 50 PSI and 200 CFM, providing a 19" cleaning path that efficiently cleans carpets in both forward and reverse directions. It includes a patented self-adjusting, self-leveling brush and vacuum shoes designed for effective cleaning on all carpet lengths and uneven floors, as well as longer brush life. The extractor's "clamshell" body design allows for quick internal access for servicing, and the patented lift-off recovery buckets eliminate the need for a drain hose. Equipped with a high-speed 4200 RPM brush motor and a chevron brush, it ensures optimal agitation to remove deeply embedded soil and grit, thus extending the life of the carpet. The brush system is constructed with fully sealed stainless steel ball bearings for reliable performance. This American-made machine comes with a 5-year parts and labor warranty, in addition to a lifetime warranty on the body. The fully adjustable handle accommodates various operators, while the patented 4-wheel design enhances balance and reduces the turning radius for increased maneuverability in confined spaces. It features side extensions for cleaning up to baseboards, as well as dual spray jets positioned on either side of the brush for improved soil suspension and quicker drying times. Additionally, the detachable cord facilitates easy handling when emptying dirty water. For hard-to-reach areas, the Supernova can be enhanced with attachments such as the Powermate powered carpet wand, the Triton wand, or a standard wand, along with an upholstery cleaning kit.
