The safe features a B-rated safe body, 1/2" solid A36 steel doors that are resistant to sledgehammer and pry bar attacks, and a formed, full-welded 1/4" body. It includes interior floor holes for bolt-down security, 1" in diameter chromed live locking bolts, and an auto door detent that throws closed the bolts as the safe door is shut. A spring-loaded re-locker prevents bolt movement during an attack, while adjustable ball bearing hinges facilitate easier door operation. The safe is finished with a scratch-resistant hammer-tone gloss and includes four pull-out sliding drawers, weighing 350 pounds. The SR2 lock features an electronic controller with an LCD display, menu-driven operation, control for up to four doors with a single keypad, a wrong password lock-out penalty, programmable time delay from 0-99 minutes, and a 0-15 minute time window. It also offers time delay override, two manager codes, and the capacity to register up to 28 user codes, along with optional dual control requiring two codes to open the lock and the ability to recover the system to manufacturing defaults.
