This kit includes rubber gloves that are electrically tested and stamped with the initial test date, with each pair newly tested before shipment. The gloves must be put into use within 12 months of the test date, and once issued for use, they must be tested again within 6 months from the distribution date to employees. These gloves should be worn with 10" leather glove protectors, which are not required to be marked with a date, to increase the lifespan of the rubber voltage gloves. They are Class 00 rated with a maximum use voltage of 500V AC and 750V DC and provide arc flash protection. The gloves comply with NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, and ANSI/ASTM D120 standards, Class 00, Type 1.
