The kit features an arc rating of 9.8 cal/cm² and is classified as CAT 2, constructed from PU coated FR cotton. It includes waterproof welded seams with reinforced stress points for enhanced durability, a batwing pattern for freedom of movement, and a contoured collar with a tuck away hood. Design elements feature a covered zipper and snap closures, FR hook and loop adjustable tab closures, and a back ventilation system with FR mesh for increased airflow. Additionally, there is a covered D-ring opening for access, two reinforced front pockets with FR hook and loop closure, and 2" silver reflective trim. The adjustable cuffs and front storm flap add to the functionality, while the FR polyurethane material remains durable and flexible, preventing brittleness over time.
