The 100 cal/cm² ArcGuard® DuPont™ Nomex® / DuPont™ Kevlar® arc flash kit is designed for safety and comfort, featuring a generous fit that allows for easy movement while maintaining inherent flame resistance. This kit includes garments made from a combination of DuPont™ Nomex® and Kevlar®, with an arc rating of 100 cal/cm² and classified as Cat 4. Key features of the kit include a flame-resistant hook and loop front closure, a stand-up collar for additional coverage, and rib knit cuffs that provide a comfortable and secure fit. The garments are embroidered with the arc rating, and the bib overalls come equipped with quick disconnect and adjustable shoulder straps, side slant pockets, and expandable leg openings to fit over boots. Additionally, the hook and loop at the side of the bib allows for easy access. The kit complies with NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269 regulations.
