The 100 Cal/cm² ArcGuard® DuPont™ Nomex® / DuPont™ Kevlar® arc flash kit is designed for safety and comfort, featuring a generous fit that allows for easy movement while maintaining inherent flame resistance. This comprehensive kit includes garments with a 100 Cal/cm² arc rating and is categorized as Category 4 protection. The materials consist of DuPont™ Nomex® and Kevlar®, with a front closure that utilizes FR hook and loop for security. Additionally, the kit includes a stand-up collar for additional coverage, rib knit cuffs for a comfortable and secure fit, and each garment is embroidered with the arc rating. The bib overalls feature quick disconnect and adjustable shoulder straps, side slant pockets for practicality, and an expandable leg opening designed to fit over boots, along with hook and loop access at the side of the bib. The kit complies with several standards, including NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269, ensuring it meets the requirements for safety in arc flash environments.
