The 100 cal/cm² ArcGuard® DuPont™ Nomex® / DuPont™ Kevlar® arc flash kit is designed for a generous fit, ensuring easy movement and comfort while maintaining inherent flame resistance. This kit includes a full set of garments providing 100 cal protection, all conveniently packed in one bag. The key features of the kit include an arc rating of 100 cal/cm², classification as CAT 4, and construction from DuPont™ Nomex®/Kevlar®. It features a flame-resistant hook and loop front closure, a stand-up collar for additional coverage, and rib knit cuffs for a comfortable and secure fit. Each garment is embroidered with the arc rating, and the bib overalls come with quick disconnect and adjustable shoulder straps, side slant pockets, and an expandable leg opening for fitting over boots. The hook and loop at the side of the bib allows for easy access. The kit complies with NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269, assuring adherence to safety standards.
