The kit includes rubber voltage gloves that are electrically tested and stamped with the initial test date, ensuring safety and compliance. These gloves are newly tested before shipment and must be put into use within 12 months from the test date. Once issued, they are required to be tested within 6 months. To enhance the lifespan of the rubber voltage gloves, it is recommended that they be worn with 10" leather glove protectors, although these protectors are not required to be marked with a date. The gloves are classified as Class 0, with a maximum use voltage of 1,000V AC/1,500V DC, and they meet arc flash standards. Compliance with NFPA 70E, CSA Z462, and ANSI/ASTM D120, Class 0, Type 1 is also ensured.
